INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the minimum amount of information needed to provide and operate our Products, keep them running safely and efficiently. We may collect the following types of data from you when you use our Product:
Personal and Billing information. We may collect your Google credentials that you use to get our Product on Chrome Web Store. We rely on third-party payment processors to handle your product purchases. Some of that billing data may be shared with us in order to detect and prevent fraud, help with customer support, or used as a record of your payment for accounting, taxation, and invoicing purposes. This information includes the product you purchased with the subscription ID, date, period, and payment information. Merchant will not sell, purchase, provide, exchange or in any other manner disclose Account or Transaction data, or personal information of or about a Cardholder to anyone, except, it’s Acquirer, Visa/Mastercard Corporations or in response to valid government demands.
On our side, billing data is stored for as long as you continue to use our service. If legal obligations change, or we need to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, we may be obliged to keep this data longer than that.
Service data. This information includes your originating IP address, domain names, timestamp of requests, the day of connection, amount of data transmitted, error reports. We use this data to operate and provide high-quality service, and to prevent attacks on our network.
Client data. User Agent that will help us provide customer support and troubleshoot issues with specific configurations.
Location information. We may use IP address, cellular network, or similar technologies to find out your geolocation that tells us the country of the device you use to access our Product, for a better user experience
HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will only use your Personal Information upon your consent to provide you with services, to fulfill our business obligations, to communicate with you for updates, marketing offers, or concerns you may have, and conduct statistical and analytical research to improve the service.
